RITH is an initiative to engage the church and the heartland as a whole to WAKE UP FOR JESUS.

“If My people, who are called by My name, would humble themselves, pray and seek My face…I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin and heal their land.”

October 11th will be our 10th heartland wide 2 Chronicles 7:14 moment (2016-2026). We’ve hosted these in locations like Carver Hawkeye Arena and at the Iowa State Capitol! This year, there will be representation from areas all the way from Sioux City, IA to Green Bay, WI and our time will be focused on this theme from Ephesians 3:20 “OUR GOD IS ABLE.”

• We gather for football.

• We gather for basketball (and other sports).

• We gather for fairs and festivals.

• WHY NOT FOR JESUS?

God is calling us to keep things very SIMPLE this year.

While leaders, student athletes, pastors and guests from across the nation will be present, our time will be focused on creating a very intimate atmosphere focused on worship, prayer and the word of God.

On October 11, we will cry out to God for healing and restoration in our hearts and in the land.

More specific details will be shared as we get closer to our time.

Pastor Ajai and Maureena Prakash were born and raised in North India and served God by pioneering, planting and growing underground churches in the Middle East for 14 years.

Towards the end of their time in the Middle East, God ignited the vision of reviving America in their hearts and in 2004, they came to the United States as missionaries. And in 2007, they planted their church and ministry in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids corridor.

Their greatest hope and desire is to see America come alive for Jesus.

Both have given up their lives to be spiritual parents to a lost and broken generation aching for rest, hope and clarity. Hence, most of their time has gone into fostering genuine discipleship as unto Jesus.

Sunny Singh was also born in India and came to the United States in 2004 at the age of 13. God had it so that he would encounter Jesus for the first time (that same year in 2004) at Billy Graham’s second to last crusade held at the Kansas City Chiefs Stadium.

At his core, Sunny is a revivalist with a DEEP passion and anointing for worship and songwriting. He also considers himself a missionary to the United States. Sunny has been leading worship and serving The Well of Iowa since 2007 and he is a by product of Pastor Ajai & Maureena’s mothering and fathering (discipleship) and stewards The Well’s evangelical arm - The ELIM Arrival.

The Elim Arrival is the outreach branch of The Well of Iowa based out of North Liberty, Iowa. Our mission is to bring a generation to the REST found in Jesus one life at a time with a heart infused by the passion for REVIVAL.

ELIM is synonymous with the phrase ‘a place of rest’ and comes from Exodus 15:26-27. We pronounce ELIM like “LM.”

Literally, it’s an oasis with 12 wells and 70 palm trees that exists even to this day! The Israelites found restand refuge at ELIM after crossing the Red Sea shortly after God laid a prophetic ordinance over His people, who despite experiencing profound miracles from God, found themselves in an unwanted wilderness that was stealing their faith and peace.

“If you listen to my voice and head to my commands, I won’t put the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians - for I AM THE LORD WHO HEALS YOU. Then they came to ELIM where there were 12 wells and 70 palm trees and they camped there by the waters.” Exodus 15:26-27

We believe this same ordinance applies to today, and that a place of rest is truly ‘just around the corner’ as the ELIM oasis was to the Israelites. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus said “Come to me all you who are weary and heavy laden and I WILL GIVE YOU REST.’ This place of rest truly has a name (JESUS) and His peace can be experienced tangibly if we chose to heed to Him.

In everything we do, everywhere where go and everything that outpours from us, we earnestly pray that the fruit would be and ARRIVAL to the REST found in the name and presence of Jesus.
